We are happy to present the newest issue of our quarterly Centre for International Initiatives Analyses Bulletin.
Two opening texts are devoted to the Middle East: dr Artur Malantowicz analyses the hybrid nature of the regional political systems as seen through the lens of historical sociology of state formation; and Urszula Skwarek looks at the connection between climate change and the political situation in Syria and Yemen.
Traditionally, the Bulletin covers European topics as well: Marcin Kędzierski looks at Germany’s policy toward the United States under Donald Trump’s presidency while Łukasz Robak analyses economic cooperation between the EU and South-Eastern Africa. Moreover, Anna Pochylska writes about challenges laying ahead of NATO, and Karolina Olszewska elaborates on the disputes over constitutional referendum in Turkey.
As always, I encourage you to thoroughly read the Bulletin. I believe that the diversity of topics will meet interest of many followers of the contemporary international relations.
